Thank You!

I really enjoyed my reiki session via telephone two weeks ago. I have taken your advice to heart.  I am really learning a lot about myself this summer through our reiki sessions, reading self-help books, and taken the quiet time to really hear my thoughts.  I started yoga last week and went to my sister's classes.  The deep breathing exercises soothe my body.  I feel so calm at the end of the yoga session.  I have no idea why I did not begin yoga earlier.
