What is Intuitive Wellness Coaching?

Intuitive Wellness Coaching offers a holistic approach to your well being by tapping into your innate wisdom though the use of energy work, movement, meditation, visualization, breathing exercises, dietary suggestions and supplementation.

Each individual is unique, therefore, each session is a one-of-a-kind experience for the client.  Even when a client rerceives more than one Intuitive Wellness session, all are different and build on previous sessions to support the focused growth and wellness of the client.


    A Wellness Coaching session lasts from 45-75 minutes per session and consists of a combination of:

    ~ energy work to check in with your present state and balance your subtle bodies

    ~ discussion and a plan regarding your personal/spiritual/health goals

    ~ suggestions on the use of movement/breath work/dietary supplementation (to name a few)

    ~ reading material to support your ongoing wellness process

    ~ meditation/movement/visualization exercises
