Whether you are interested in deepening your own practice or you feel the call to teach, the Birmingham Yoga Teacher Training program is committed to the personal success of each individual.
Birmingham Yoga Teacher Training is a 200 hour yoga teacher training certification program specifically designed to provide a rich environment for learning. Within this training you will discover a strong foundation of acquiring knowledge, utilizing teaching methods, experiencing asana, and consistently applying the principles of the eight-limb path.
You will have the opportunity to deepen both your asana and meditation practice and the practice of yoga in your daily life. This program prepares you to instruct Beginner Level 1 and Level 2 classes.
Birmingham Yoga Teacher Training program is a Registered School with Yoga Alliance.

Our 10 Day Teacher Training Immersion is open to those wishing to become a 200 hour certified teacher and to students who would like to deepen their practice and experience 60 + hours of yoga training.
Based on popular demand, we are now offering our a 10 day immersion experience for yoga students wanting to deepen their yoga practice and bring a greater balance to their body, mind and heart. This is an incredible opportunity and we welcome you to join us. The cost for the 10 day immersion is $1350. A $250 deposit is required to hold your place. Full payment is due by January 16th.
During those ten days your will experience morning sadhana, mysore practice and philosophical yoga discussions.
